Refund and Returns Policy

To ensure the best customer service, Dr. Tagy offers a return and exchange policy on all purchases made from our store, subject to the following conditions:

Terms and Conditions of Return and Exchange:

  • The return and exchange policy applies to all products purchased from Dr. Tagy.
  • Returns are not accepted under the following circumstances:
    • More than 24 hours have passed since receiving the product.
    • The product’s packaging has been opened.
  • Return Process:
    • Customers are required to photograph the product before returning it and send the image to Dr. Tagy’s WhatsApp
    • We are committed to ensuring that your order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive an incorrect product, Dr. Tagy will cover all shipping and replacement costs. However, if the return or exchange is due to other reasons, Dr. Tagy will not be responsible for any associated shipping fees.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • For products returned in good condition, a fixed shipping fee of 100 TRY applies.
    • If the product is defective upon delivery, Dr. Tagy will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Return Processing Time:
    • If the return conditions are met, the refund process may take 7 to 14 days.
    • Refunds are issued either as store credit in the customer’s Dr. Tagy account or via bank transfer after communicating with the customer to confirm their account details.
  • Refunds for Visa and MasterCard Payments:
    • For purchases made with Visa or MasterCard, refunds are processed back to the original card used for the purchase, in accordance with the bank or electronic payment provider’s policies.
  • Shipping Cost for Returned Orders with Free Shipping:
    • If an order qualified for free shipping (on purchases of 1500 TRY or more) and products are then returned, Dr. Tagy reserves the right to deduct the initial shipping cost from the refunded amount.

Dr. Tagy guarantees that all products are new, unused, and undamaged. However, if you have any concerns about a product, please contact us via WhatsApp, and we will review your request and take appropriate action.
